Shipping policy

We do not ship physical goods

Alvis Travels sells services, not products. Our tours, transfers and car rental are delivered in person in Sri Lanka, so there is nothing to ship and no shipping charge.

How your booking is delivered

• Confirmation: After you book, we confirm your booking by email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
• Pick-up details: We agree your pick-up place and time with you before your trip. For airport transfers, please send us your flight number and arrival time.
• Your trip: Your driver meets you at the agreed place and time. We will give you our phone numbers so you can reach us during your trip.

Documents and receipts

Any booking details, itineraries and receipts are sent to you by email. We do not post anything.
